Shall the Underground return? Probably not. It's been years so who knows why you are here. The staff of the Underground is far too depressed for having not thought of the idea of enabling friendships between users on the site, thus beating Facebook by several years. However, what's done is done, and the Terp Underground shall remain a small footnote in the history of the University of Maryland -- and consideration to what could have been.
